How The Savvy Prospector Program Works
The Savvy Prospector is an 8-week program that shows you how to intelligently pursue and attract good business without pestering strangers, wasting your money, or putting your friends on the spot.
The first four weeks of the program focus on building/rebuilding and then connecting / reconnecting with your Sphere of Influence (or SOI). You will create your contact database, choose a contact management system, write an effective announcement / reconnection letter and create a Business Plan.
During the second four weeks, you’ll learn how to expand your Sphere of Influence and to attract business from strangers. You’ll also begin implementing the Business Plan you created in the first month.

What to Expect from the Savvy Prospector
If you commit to and complete the 8-week program…
* You will become the agent of choice among your friends and will be referred to your friends’ friends on a regular basis.
* Your past clients will love you and will know how to reach you when they or their friends have a real estate need.
* You will look forward to and be comfortable meeting new people and will know how to inspire them to think of you when they need a real estate agent.
* You will have a plan in place to stay in touch with your social network, casual acquaintances, backburner prospects and past clients.
In short, you will have developed the knowledge, skills and habits necessary to implement and maintain an effective prospecting business model, for life.
Can you give me an idea of what the program looks like & what’s included?
You will receive daily assignments delivered to you via email, or if you prefer, you can complete the program at your own pace by following the Savvy Prospector workbook, or a combination of both. The assignments are supplemented with 9 audio lessons and links to explanatory articles. You will also receive Dorky Announcement Letters DEDorked! and The Seduction of Your SOI eBook and audio.

How much time will I have to devote to the program?
The Savvy Prospector program can take as little as eight weeks or as long as eight months (or longer) to complete. It’s up to you! However, to complete the program in eight weeks, you’ll probably need to devote an hour a day (on average) during the first month and about half that in the second.
How is the Savvy Prospector different from the other prospecting training programs out there?
The primary difference between The Savvy Prospector philosophy and that of the other prospecting programs is that we will show you how to attract business to you, instead of aggressively asking for it. We won’t ask you to change your personality to meet your real estate production goals; in fact, we’ll show you how to be more successful than you ever dreamed by simply being yourself and staying in your comfort zone.
